Event Management Academy

During his work as an educator, Ferdinand transformed his own ideas on education and the event industry into the Event Management Academy (EMA). He established the EMA to train students in a two-year program to become Allround Event Producers. This unique program in the Netherlands combines commercial expertise with hands-on skills, preparing students to immediately enter the events, media, and experience industries. The EMA emphasizes the importance of practical experience through simulation projects (simulearning by doing) and weekly consultancy sessions, providing students with a deep understanding of the field and the necessary preparation for each unique event (setting the stage, staging the set).
