Ferdinand is an experienced professional in project, event, and production management. As a Senior Project Manager and Producer, he also works as a freelance associate producer. He has successfully led various projects, ranging from large-scale brand activations to events of international significance.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, his passion for education inspired him to establish the Event Management Academy. This institution trains students to become all-round Event Producers, shaping the next generation of industry professionals.

In addition to his management career, Ferdinand has a vibrant musical background as a drummer, performing with groups such as Cabbage Alley, Alan Laurillard, and symphony orchestras like the NEON Ensemble.
